Hobby Ripple Terms of Service

Article 1 (Introduction and Scope)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the smartphone application "hobby ripple" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by waya (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms apply to all functions, content, and support provided by us in connection with the Service. If there are individual terms or guidelines, such individual terms shall take precedence over these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Overview)

The Service is an application that allows users to record and manage their daily hobby activities. The main functions are as follows:

• Hobby Recording: Recording and statistical display of hobby names, duration, resonance points, memos, etc.
• Encyclopedia/Map Display: Map display of spots and information related to hobbies, browsing of the encyclopedia.
• Location Information Function: Display of current location and nearby spots (foreground use based on device location permission).
• Notification Function: Delivery of reminder notifications (received with user permission).

Article 3 (Eligibility)

• Individuals aged 13 or older
• Those who agree to these Terms
• Those who do not create accounts with false information

Article 4 (Account Management)

4.1 Account Creation

• Please create an account with accurate information.
• Please manage your password appropriately.

4.2 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for all activities related to their accounts.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

The following acts are prohibited:

• Posting false information
• Acts that infringe on the rights of others
• Unauthorized access or attacks on the system
• Unauthorized use for commercial purposes
• Acts contrary to public order and morals
• Reverse engineering, analyzing, modifying, or duplicating the Service
• Use that deviates from the intended purpose of the service, such as by falsifying location information or spoofing
• Other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 6 (Handling of Content)

• The copyright of content posted by users belongs to the users.
• We may use the content to the extent necessary for operating the service.

6.2 Our Content

The copyright of the content of the Service (hobby data, UI, etc.) belongs to us.

6.3 Attribution of Third-Party Content

Article 7 (Provision, Modification, and Suspension of Service)

• We may change, add, or delete service content.
• We may temporarily suspend the service for system maintenance, etc.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Service.
• We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to the use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms. In the event of a change, we will notify users through the Service or on our website. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance for any disputes related to the Service.
