NiceShot Log Terms of Service

Article 1 (Introduction and Scope)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the smartphone application "NiceShot Log" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by waya (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Users shall use the App after agreeing to these Terms.
2. If false information is provided during user registration, use may be suspended.

Article 3 (Service Content)

The App provides golf practice recording and analysis functions:

• Management of shot records
• Recording of courses and practice locations
• Statistical analysis of distance and accuracy
• Visualization of practice progress
• Performance analysis by club

Article 4 (Usage Fees)

The App is provided free of charge. Optional paid features may be added in the future.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not perform the following acts:

• Unauthorized use of the App
• Acts that cause trouble to others
• Acts that violate laws and regulations
• Intentional entry of false data
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the App

Article 6 (Service Suspension)

We may temporarily suspend or interrupt the service due to maintenance, system failure, malfunction of external services, etc.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the App.
2. We are not responsible for data loss, etc.
3. We do not guarantee the accuracy of statistical data provided by the App.
4. We are not responsible for defects caused by the status of external services (advertising, analysis, etc.).
5. The App does not guarantee improvement in golf skills.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or legitimate rights holders. Ownership of data entered by the user belongs to the user.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. Important changes will be announced within the App.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
