Areatta? Terms of Service

Article 1 (Introduction and Scope)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the smartphone application "Areatta?" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by waya (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Users shall use the App after agreeing to these Terms.
2. If false information is provided during user registration, use may be suspended.

Article 3 (Service Content)

The App provides inventory management and recipe suggestion functions:

• Management of product categories
• Recording of stock statuses
• Creation of shopping lists
• Recipe suggestions from ingredients and keywords
• Search assistance using voice input

Article 4 (Usage Fees)

The App is provided free of charge. Optional paid features may be added in the future.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not perform the following acts:

• Unauthorized use of the App
• Acts that cause trouble to others
• Acts that violate laws and regulations
• Generation of inappropriate content using the AI functions provided by the App.

Article 6 (Service Suspension)

We may temporarily suspend or interrupt the service due to maintenance, system failure, malfunction of external services, etc.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the App.
2. We are not responsible for data loss, etc.
3. We do not guarantee the content of recipe suggestions (nutritional value, safety, accuracy).
4. We are not responsible for defects caused by the status of external services (advertising, analysis, AI API, etc.).

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. Important changes will be announced within the App.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
